Oakland Zoo handlers help animals keep cool during heat wave

OAKLAND, Calif. -- The heat wave across the Bay Area this week has people going to extremes to stay cool.

And it's not just humans trying to keep cool; zoo animals at the Oakland Zoo are also getting some relief as well thanks to their handlers.
