Jeff Dougherty's "Running the Seasons" captures a breathtaking look at a runner's journey throughout a year.

This breathtaking timelapse video will inspire you to strap on the sneakers and start running.

Using nearly 100,000 images and video, Jeff Dougherty created an incredible timelapse glimpse into a year of running in Bozeman, Mont. The video shows the seasons changing along Dougherty's route, encapsulating the natural beauty of the area.

"Over 150 miles run in one year. A total of 98,366 photos. This first-person hyperlapse flows through the seasons as the landscapes, weather, light, and city evolve," Dougherty wrote on YouTube.
