Officers responded to Parkway Drive and Belmont Avenue just before 8 Friday morning.
There, they found a red sedan that had rolled over.
The woman who was driving died at the scene.
Investigators believe the car was turning onto Belmont when it went off the road and caught a telephone hang-wire, which supports a telephone pole.
That's when the car flipped over.
It's unknown at this time if drugs or alcohol were factors in the crash.
