The Fresno County Coroner's Office has identified the victim as 20-year-old Zein Al-Zoubi of Clovis.
The crash happened just after noon yesterday on Nees and Sylmar.
Police say she was on a motorcycle and was heading east on Nees while the driver of a white car was headed west.
That driver turned south on Sylmar and the two collided.
Al-Zoubi was taken to the hospital where she later died.
The driver of the car is okay.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
