Police responded to a family disturbance around 9 a.m. on Richert Avenue near Ashlan and Minnewawa. When officers arrived, they found that a 32-year-old man had been shot.
He was later transported to the hospital for treatment, but his condition is unknown.
After speaking to family members, police later arrested the teen for opening fire.
The relation between the suspect and victim has yet to be revealed and police are still working on a motive.
