It's completely confidential, Fresno County was one of just 15 counties from across the country randomly selected to be part of this initiative. It's considered the most comprehensive survey of its kind.
Participants will get a full health assessment, including dental, at the mobile exam center in Central Fresno located at the fairgrounds.
Officials will use the information gathered from Fresno County residents to help develop future health policies and services for the nation. Those who take part in the survey will also leave with a full health report they can keep.
And the best part is it's all free, in fact, the CDC will even pay participants who agree to the survey up to $125.
