Free community carnival at Bullard High hosted by City of Fresno

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- There were carnival games, bounce houses, and even a bike safety rodeo. Food was also handed out for free on a first-come, first served basis.

The city's Parks and Recreations Department put on the three-hour event.
