All three are now accused of attempted homicide.
It happened at West D near Lemoore Avenue where police say a fight broke out around 4 Monday afternoon.
A store employee says a bystander told them someone was going through cars.
The manager and another store employee chased after the suspects, but the manager was shot in the leg and taken to the hospital.
"We are definitely all shaken up, it's too hard for home," says employee Randy Gilman. "I got employees still showing up trying to clock in. They didn't know. I am just trying to console them and to assure them, everything is going to be okay."
Officers chased down the suspects. One of them is 19-year-old, Jose Damien Enriquez.
The other two suspects are teen boys.
They're booked for multiple charges including attempted homicide, robbery and vehicle burglary.
