Fowler Police said two young men barged into the home where several girls and young women were having a slumber party. They shot a 21-year-old woman and pistol whipped a 17-year-old girl.
Tony Garza rushed to the house when his daughter called him after the attack.
"House full of girls-- house full of little girls you know what I mean, and some guy wants to go in there with a pistol."
Garza said his daughter was traumatized but not hurt.
The injured woman and girl were treated for their wounds at a Fresno hospital and released late Tuesday.
The Fresno County Sheriff's Office has taken over the investigation and deputies are searching for the suspects.
