4 Starbucks employees at Fresno airport hospitalized following hazmat situation

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Four Starbucks employees at Fresno Yosemite International Airport were hospitalized following a hazmat situation.

It happened around 8 am Tuesday at the Starbucks past security.

Fresno Fire officials believe they were exposed to a Freon leak from an ice maker.

Officials say one of the employees passed out.

The four were taken to the hospital for further treatment.

The incident did not impact air travel operations.
