According to the City's Facebook page, crews are working to resolve the issue and a temporary generator has been hooked up to keep computer servers running.
Earlier in the day, the city said Utility, Billings and Collections was affected by this outage but that issue has since been resolved and customers are able to pay their bills at City Hall.
