Kump was reported missing by the Fresno Police Department. There is a possibility he has traveled to the Table Mountain and Millerton Lake area on his bike.
Kump was also last seen on February 14th near Van Ness and Nevada avenues. If you see him, deputies say to call law enforcement right away.
