Authorities identified the victim as 25-year-old Kenyatta Williams. His brother was also shot and is expected to survive.

The shooting happened just after 3:30 pm Thursday in the area of Olive Avenue and 9th Street.
The apartment complex is also near Yosemite Middle School.
Officers say the brothers were with friends when someone started shooting.

Kenyatta was declared dead at the scene.
Police are still searching for the suspect.
