The "El Taco Macho" truck was stolen sometime between Saturday night and early Sunday morning.
Monday, the business shared on social media that the truck was found but it did have some major damage and missing parts.
The taco truck will be out of business for some time while it is being repaired but owners say they are glad to have it back.
