U.S. Postal Service, National Parks remain open despite gov. shutdown

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- USPS says it is an independent entity that is funded through product sales and services.

Now as for our parks here in the Central Valley, Yosemite, Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks will have minimal staffing.

We have learned bathrooms will be locked but visitors are still encouraged to drive through.
