Man who was found unconscious near dumpster in west central Fresno was stabbed to death: PD

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Authorities have learned that the man who died after being found unconscious in west central Fresno was stabbed to death.

The victim was discovered just before 2 Tuesday morning outside the Taco Bell on Clinton and Brawley Avenues.

Police found the 37-year-old man with a stab wound to his neck.

He was taken to Community Regional Medical Center, where he died.

Police are now working to figure out how the man ended up in the parking lot.

A few cars were in the parking lot when the man was found, but it's not known if they're connected to the scene.
