The fire broke out around 12:30 pm in the area of D Street and 3rd Street.
Flames destroyed one garage and some cars before damaging a second garage.
Firefighters were able to put out the blaze before it could reach any of the nearby homes.
Powerlines fell down during the incident but PG&E crews quickly responded and restored power.
No one was injured.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
