Brody Musgrave was found safe at 6 p.m. Friday after two girls saw a boy who looked like Musgrave.
They told authorities he walking through their neighborhood near Brawley and Shields Avenues.
Deputies and Fresno Police responded to the call and confirmed it to be Musgrave.
He is in good health and will be reunited with his family.
Musgrave was reported missing Thursday after deputies say he left his house along Sierra Avenue, between West and Fruit.
