They said Michael Van Gelderen was last seen at his home around noon Tuesday in the area of Schnoor Street and Dutra Way. Authorities believe he has a bicycle with him and could be in the city or Madera County.
Authorities said Gelderen left his medication at his home and may be disoriented or lost.
