ATWATER, Calif. (KFSN) -- A mountain lion was spotted on the Atwater High School campus on Saturday.
The city sent out an urgent notice telling residents a mountain lion was seen around Atwater High School.

People were asked to keep children and pets inside.
Around 9:30 am, Atwater police were able to issue an all-clear notice after security footage from the high school showed the mountain lion had left the area.
