Friday afternoon, Fresno Police refused to release details about what may have led to the crime, only that they know at least one of the deaths is being considered a homicide.
"Investigators are out getting witness statements, putting together what happened at the scene. Reaching out to who may have been there earlier, trying to figure out what led to this," said Lt. Mark Hudson, Fresno Police Department.

"Quiet, nice-- more protective of her dog-- walked him probably nine or more times a day. I don't understand what's going on; why he would do this to his mom?"
Witnesses said they never went inside to see her condition but they did notice her son bleeding from a vertical cut on his wrist, another near his neck, and his head. They believe the 29-year-old son may have killed his 49-year-old mom then intentionally stabbed himself.
Some relatives have told investigators the man who died was acting very strange and off lately.
Investigators collected evidence all day-- along with a Deputy Coroner.
Witnesses did not see any type of murder weapon and official ID's have not been released.
