Officials say the suspect confronted the victim about his girlfriend, which is the suspect's ex-girlfriend.
The two then got into an altercation and that is when authorities say the suspect stabbed the victim in the stomach with a blade.
The victim was taken to Community Regional Medical Center and is expected to recover.
