32-year-old Justin Gileau was taken into custody Friday morning.
He's accused of the deadly stabbing of 52-year-old Harden Zagala.
Investigators found Zagala dead near the Tule River Thursday morning.
Gileau was booked at the Tulare County Sheriff's South County Detention Facility.
He's being held without bail.
