FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- The 144th Fighter Wing welcomes a new commander at the Change of Command Ceremony.
The event took place at the Fresno Air National Guard base Sunday morning.
US Air Force Colonel Travis Stephens will assume command of the fighter wing.
Colonel Joel Pauls, the outgoing commander served two years as commander and will be officially retiring from military service.
