The ABC and ESPN shows that won big this year at the Critics Choice Real TV Awards 2026!

From "Dancing with the Stars" to "Inside the NBA," here's a look at the ABC and ESPN shows honored across this year's categories

LOS ANGELES -- ABC and ESPN earned their flowers after a big night at the Critics Choice Real TV Awards!

ABC snagged three awards at the eighth annual ceremony and ESPN earned two across a standout slate of programming.

The awards celebrate the very best in nonfiction, unscripted, and reality TV across broadcast, cable, and streaming.

Among the winners for ABC were "Dancing with the Stars" which took home the award for Best Competition Series: Talent/Variety and "Shark Tank" which won Best Business Show.

ESPN's wins were for its "30 for 30" docuseries which was named Best Sports Show and "Inside the NBA" which took home the Best Sports Show: Talk/Analysis award.



Among the night's other honorees were Nat Geo's "Secrets of the Bees" which buzzed ahead with a win for Best Animal/Nature Show.

Also, "Jeopardy!" received the award for Best Game Show!
