FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Atwater Police say a missing 14-year-old boy with autism has been found safe and is back with his family Friday morning.
Police posted the update about Christopher Ambriz late Thursday night on social media.

He went missing around 6 pm on Thursday when he left his home.
At that time, officers thought he might have been heading toward the Fresno area.

Police did not specify exactly where the boy was found.
