Police say they were called out to Berkeley Avenue near Oaks Street at about 3 am Thursday.
The caller had reported someone was breaking into their home.

When police arrived, they found three people suffering from injuries.
They say they found a 38-year-old man dead inside the home along with a 58-year-old woman, who was later pronounced dead at the hospital.
A man was found shot in the backyard. Police say he received those wounds from someone in the home. That man is now being treated for his injuries and was taken into custody.
The victims have not been identified.
