FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- A barbecue and chili cook-off is taking place to honor local law enforcement and raise funds to support crime victims in crisis.
Breaking the Chains is hosting the "Blue Barbecue," which invites the community to stand united against human trafficking.

The event happens Thursday, September 17. Gates will open at 5 pm at Refinery Church on McKinley and Marks Avenues.
