CHOWCHILLA, Calif. (KFSN) -- The Chowchilla Police Department needs your help to find a killer.
In April of 2023, 20-year-old Chad Hinesley was discovered lying in the road on Riverside Avenue near 10th Street.
Investigators say he had been shot and later died at the hospital.
For the last three years, Hinesley's grieving mother has pleaded for answers, asking that someone come forward with information about the shooter that could help lead to an arrest.
