The court ruled on Friday that a part of the central Fresno sports complex's lease agreement had been breached between the city and the Central Valley Community Sports Foundation (CVCSF).
City officials claim the CVCSF failed to provide billboard revenue and proper insurance coverage.
Action News has reached out to the CVCSF for comment. The city expects them to appeal.
This ruling comes following a long legal battle.
For now, the City says it will honor existing reservation agreements for baseball and soccer events that have already received confirmation documents.
