The brothers stay busy fixing your favorites.
"I don't know how they do it," Norma said. "The restaurant is full, and they get everything so fast. Once they try the chile verde, they will come back."
Norma said she thinks her brother Herman makes the best chile verde in town.
"We have good customer service and we have good flavor in our food," says co-owner Eleazar Carrillo.
Take the combination plates.
"We have tacos, enchiladas, chile relleno," Norma said. "You can have any meat you like. We have carnitas, chile verde, chicken and shredded beef."
The meats are tender.
"My brother Alberto always buys the quality meat," Norma said.
Herman makes menudo and the soups.
"We have cocido, menudo, posole," Norma said. "Everybody loves the chicharrones."
Some plates simply sizzle.
"It's called Carrillo's fajitas," Norma said. "It's bell peppers, tomatoes and onions mixed with a special sauce. It comes with rice and beans."
There's shrimp, beef and chicken.
"We started making quesabirrias and since then, non-stop," Norma said. "We sell them all day."
Sometimes customers come in twice a day.
"It makes us happy," Norma said. "Very happy and proud and humble."
