"Three generations of this cooking," says owner Peter DiNuzzo. "It's been around for a long time. After a while, people just kind of expect it."
Toledo's also hosted a watch party. There were enough TVs at the Cedar and Nees location that guests wouldn't miss a thing.
I emceed the event where founder Sam Toledo was given a Lifetime Achievement award by the California Restaurant Association.
"I feel so blessed because I never thought I would reach that point," he said.
Diners like Don Dutra and his dad enjoy seeing community favorites featured.
We've been all over the six-county area we serve. Matt Record of CheyAnne's Steakhouse and Lounge in Kingsburg enjoys watching fellow chefs.
"I love seeing everyone's different techniques for cooking everything," says co-owner Matt Record. "I think it's neat. It's fun watching other restaurants do stuff."
