"It sounds like Jingle Bells, which we think is kind of funny at the end," says manager Aaron Peng. "It kind of matches the theme."

We saw the pan-fried juicy pork bun, which Peng says is the one everyone wants.
The handcrafted soup dumplings undergo a change when they're steamed -- rich broth comes out.
A window allows you to watch your dumplings being made.
"This is what makes our restaurant unique and special," Peng said.
Buns or a basket of dumplings - from regular to spicy - are a must.
"It's more like a breakfast," Peng said.
We tried the scallion beef and Angus Beef truffle fried rice.
In this delicious case, all that glitters is actually a truffle.
"This is our signature beef scallion pancake roll," Peng said. "Our scallion beef pancake roll is popular already."
Peng says Jingle Bao offers a modern take on many of your favorites.
"This type of Chinese restaurant, as you can see, is different from the traditional Chinese takeout restaurant," he said.
