FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- A vegan Mexican restaurant in Downtown Fresno is preparing to close its doors this weekend.
La Jacka, located at Van Ness Avenue and Mono Street, announced in an Instagram post that it has made the difficult decision to end operations.
The restaurant cited staffing challenges and economic factors as reasons for the closure.
La Jacka's last day of service is scheduled for Sunday, June 21.
