"We're looking to expand more hours," said Chloe Nakagawa. "We want to be available not only in the bistro, but on the bus as well. So we're dabbling, playing with ideas about having Sunday brunch. Hopefully by February we will open that up to the table."
Chloe Nakagawa with Dusty Buns says to accommodate local foodies, they'll now be open six days a week across Fresno High, open for brunch in February and roll the food truck out to more events.
Dusty Buns is also expanding in the Bay Area. In fact some of their popular sandwiches served here in Fresno can be found in San Francisco.
Nakagawa said, "Last spring they moved up to San Francisco where they have a permanent food truck spot at Soma Street Food Park."
Employees say the truck is creating a lot of buzz and people are lining up for the menu, which got its start in Fresno. And with sandwiches like the "Dusty Bun," and grilled cheese, employees say the food will leave you with a memorable dining experience.
Nakagawa added, "Usually they say 'Oh my gosh where has this grilled cheese been all my life?'"
Employees are hoping the new changes will allow more people to get a taste of their sandwiches and success.
