It happened just before 9:15 pm Sunday at the intersection of Stradley Avenue and Pond Road.
The California Highway Patrol says the man was riding his motorcycle west on Pond Road when a woman driving a Nissan made a left-hand turn directly into his path.
The motorcyclist did not have enough time to avoid the woman's vehicle and hit the right side of her car.
Emergency personnel arrived at the scene shortly thereafter and pronounced him dead at the scene.
It is not known if drugs or alcohol were factors in the crash.
The driver of the Nissan and her passenger sustained minor injuries.
