Making sure they have all the ingredients for their Thanksgiving meal.
"Just kind of picking up some last-minute items, I love all of the turkey brines and all of the fresh things that you have, so I am looking for all of the fresh things you can't get anywhere else," says Sprouts customer, Iris Flores.
She is gearing up for the holiday feast.
She has a list of what she needs, but is open to trying other foods.
"It's nice to look around. Sometimes we kind of know what we are there for and we get what we normally get. But sometimes Sprouts gets a few new things, so try something new because there is all kinds of that here," mentions Iris.
The flexibility may be essential.
Especially because certain food items, including holiday staples, like turkeys, have been going quickly.
"I would just call ahead and if they are looking for something specific, making sure we have it, we will do our best to find or substitute or recommend items familiar to them," explains store manager, Jojo Cai, who says his staff is ready to go.
The holiday rush gets busy, with double the amount of customers leading up to the holidays.
But employees don't mind seeing familiar faces, especially during the season of giving thanks.
"It feels like another family, everyone is coming in saying hi and we are happy to see them and they are happy to see us too and we are just happy to be here,' expresses Jojo.
And for those in a hurry, Iris continues, "Be nice, be kind, we are all here shopping, take it easy, the time isn't going to go any quicker."
People looking for a specific item can call ahead to make sure they have what they are looking for.
Customers can also use the app to order curbside pickup.
