FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- A federal judge issued an order this week to Fresno restaurant owner Bobby Salazar.

The U.S. Attorney's office confirms Salazar must pay his $1 million bond by his next court hearing or return to jail.

He is due back in court on September 29.

Earlier this month, the long-time valley businessman handed over his U.S. passport as part of his bond to secure his release from jail.

Action News was there the night Salazar was freed from the Fresno County jail.
