It started at a home on Pontiac Way and Minnewawa Avenue, where officers found a fully operating casino in the living room.
A search warrant later determined that two separate narcotics labs were also in the home.
Officers found ammunition, firearms, slot machines and a 3D printer.
Two men and a woman were arrested.
All were booked into the Fresno County jail on narcotics and firearms charges.
