This year, Americans are expected to spend an average of $114 per person on the holiday.
That's according to the National Retail Federation's annual consumer survey.
It adds up to about $13.1 billion.
Candy is, of course, a popular purchase with total spending expected to reach $3.9 billion.
The survey also found Americans will spend more than $4 billion on costumes and decorations.
