38-year-old Armando Plascencia was arrested on Tuesday and is currently in the Kings County jail.
Hanford Police say the alleged assault was reported on December 29.
Detectives say the victim was forced to engage in sexual acts with Plascencia multiple times over the course of a month.
At this time, Police say it's not known if there may be more victims.
