27-year-old Arturo Padilla was taken into custody on Monday.
Hanford Police say a teenage victim reported the assault last Thursday, saying that Padilla also gave them drugs.
Padilla was taken into custody on an outstanding warrant and booked into the Kings County Jail on several charges.
He is being held without bail.
