Hanford police investigating suspicious death of 2-year-old boy

HANFORD, Calif. (KFSN) -- The Hanford Police Department is investigating the death of a two-year-old boy in what they are calling "suspicious."

Officers were called out just after 10 am Monday to an apartment on Hanford Armona Road near 12th Avenue for a report of a child not breathing.

When crews arrived, they found the two-year-old unresponsive.

He was rushed to the hospital, where he died.

Detectives went to the apartment and served a search warrant.



Authorities are still investigating the cause of death.
