FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- An ice rink opened Sunday in downtown Visalia.
The outdoor ice skating arena, called the Enchanted Ice Garden, will have daily operating hours along with private reservations.

Special events at the rink, located in the Garden Street Plaza, are planned for the season, including Star Wars night.
