LINDSAY, Calif. (KFSN) -- Lindsay Police have made an arrest in a peeping Tom case that was caught on surveillance cameras.
They believe 30-year-old Jose Ibarra is the man seen looking into the bedroom window of a home in Lindsay. The images were recorded by backyard cameras early Tuesday morning.

The woman who lives in the home said the man hopped a fence and went straight for a bedroom window where her two young sons were getting dressed for school.
Ibarra has been charged with a lewd act in public and indecent exposure.
