Police say the man entered the intersection--colliding with a car on Palm and Shields around 7 p.m. Wednesday.
The driver did stay on scene.
Officers say after talking with the driver and witnesses, they believe the e-bike rider was at fault.
The intersection was shut down for about an hour and is now reopened.
