It happened at Olive and Cedar shortly before 7 on Sunday night.

Police say two men approached the victim after he ordered a pizza from a nearby restaurant and opened fire before driving away.
Officers then received another call about a traffic collision down the street.

They believe the two people involved in the crash are the suspects from the shooting.
Officers arrested the two suspects and say they appear to be gang-affiliated.
The victim was taken to Community Regional Medical Center and is expected to survive.
