The California Highway Patrol says officers responded just after 4:30 p.m. Tuesday to Jensen Avenue and Pullman Street.
Investigators say the driver involved turned into the path of the bike.
The motorcyclist was taken to the hospital with moderate injuries.
Authorities do not believe alcohol or drugs were factors in the crash.
