Parlier student arrested after officials say he brought a gun to campus

PARLIER, Calif. (KFSN) -- A 17-year-old Parlier boy was arrested on Friday for allegedly carrying a gun to school.

Police say Parlier High School administrators had recovered the loaded 38-caliber firearm from the student.

Police took the gun into their custody, and the boy was transported to the Fresno County Juvenile Justice Center.

He is facing multiple weapons possession charges.
