FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- According to Caltrans, starting this weekend a part of Ashlan Avenue will be closed as part of the Highway 99 realignment project.
Construction crews will be demolishing a portion of the old Union Pacific Railroad overpass during this time.

Beginning at 10 Sunday night, Ashlan Avenue, between Marty Avenue and Golden State Boulevard, will be closed until 10 a.m. Monday. The northbound 99 Ashlan off-ramp will also be closed from eight Sunday night through 10 Monday morning.
